me stay at apartment here.. 1st few day i set the tank even no put light also 30'c, hahaha, after i put a fan, it start to low down to 28~29 if not raining day.. last week is raining day, it lower to 27'c~28'c... yesterday i change water, and replant, the water became 30~31'c 5 of shrimp RIP liao.. lolzzz then i go buy 5 pack of ice, throw it, set back to 27~28'c seem like the other shrimp is more active.. be4 like STEAM already...

thinking to buy one chiller set to 25'c see how the condition of the tank....

This is my setup..

1. 3ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft curved front corner tank with cabinet

2. ADA Amazonia 9L x 3 pack

3. ADA Power Sand M 6L

4. ADA 5 element at bottom of power sand

5. Eheim 2215 (open 24hours non stop, off during feeding)

6. Cooler Fan x 1 (on 1.5hour stop half hour during light, on 1.5hour stop 1 hour during offlight #wanna upgrade chiller liao sien with evaporating and the heat too much at my apartment here)

7. Lighting brand KATANA T5HO 4x39w (on 6hour between stop 1 hour because just starting)

8. 4.5kg CO2 tank + selenoid regulator (1bubble/Sec during LIGHT ON)

9. Airpump (On pump after light and co2 offmode)

10. ADA Green brighty Step 1 @1push & Brighty K @3push daily when light on.. when Change water 50%(still in new tank setup) 8push Brighty K & 2push step 1

11. Plant, forget all name, Glosso, 2 drift wood, 1 rock, design with no experiece at all, at lfs see wut like then buy back tanam that lolzzzz... like glosso only.. and recently saw one type like smaller than glosso, also ground plant.. dunno what name... maybe setup that time for my next tank..

12. Fish and shrimp... Shrimp are easy to die when new setup tank.. not so recommended unless the tank more stable, for example more than 1 month.... due to new setup tank... need to change 50% of water few time between 4day.. that day i change 50% water and replant & add plant.. the shrimp is die few... now stable back... tomolo gonna change 50%, wont wont die so fast... ready ICECUBE liao

From every single thing like tester, hose, timer plug, adapter those. it cost RM3100(total 3200 but include some magazine, spanar and screwdriver) like that.. i do count every single payment me and my bro made then jott down to the excel sheet kekeke..

Summore the co2 tank selenoid i bought it 2nd hand rm400

yeah its good for all stuff, but creativity for my noob mind wont do well in landscaping, the tank look weirdo, and i didnt follow any reference in book.. just see which plant nice then add then add, end up look funny hahahaha... not sure after 2 or 3 month will how.. front ground with glosso. i snap pics already but not so clear.. i upload it later

Added on April 22, 2009, 1:22 amI also finding 2nd hand 2217 then i can use the output flow to Chiller, chiller output to tank... or maybe i add another faulty canister, then i use external pump rated around 1000L/H not sure this DIY will succed or not, or maybe buy one more another 2215 canister

hahaha the RCS i think i bought it back already got egg, not sure will survive or not.. even now 2day die 1 shrimp... maybe the water too hot.. waiting the ppl sell me chiller, i set it 25 degree.. hope that time more CRS, so can sell it.. soon introduce CRS and try after the tank more stable...

i forget what name of one type of plant.. will research it sooner..
its grow pretty fast.. for 2 week, it grow double the length aleady.. need to trim it left 1/3, take the other rest replant to make it more pack
