that price only for the tank .....no cover, no stand ...

buy wood cabinet .. those thick one ..... then reinforce with 2inch x 2inch wood inside as a support pillar .. confirm will have no problem unless u have anai2 .. huhu

if u wanna cheap can mix holland sand with ADA Amazonia ..last time i did that.. ok also ...plant are growing well .. the layers are : (from bottom)

Holland Sand --> Amazonia II (with 3-4 bacterballs inside) --> Amazonia II Powder

powder is not necessery but it gives better grip for the foreground plant such as HC, Glosso or Cendol ..

glosso is a high light plant .. last time my 4ft tank .. need atleast 220watts .. i use 55w PLL x 4 ... then put 6 making it 330w when i use chiller ..

nop ..ppl said mid .. i successfully have a hairgrass jungle with 110w only .. but slow tho . taken about 3-4 months to fill the whole tank with no fert

lighting all depends on ur tank size and scape design ... i like Iwagumi style .. easy to do .. just the golden ratio rocks arrangement might be a little headache ... it is for me .. hahaha ..

bacteria is the thing that make the water clean ..... i used Bacterballs in my tank and liquid culture to make the bacteria in the take grow faster . no need to wait long to make it stabilize .

im not sure about snails but those SAE really love them ...

the first time i get my 4ft, it takes a month pluss to cycle .. if already in no problem . u can buy the liquid bacteria culture ..one big bottle around 30+ i think .. bacterballs around 4 each ..

looks like holland sand to me ... hmmm .. ...

nop .. gonna change to holland sand ...no amazonia since all plants will be tied to driftwood ..

ditch the big sands ... get atleast holland sand or amazonia II ... the glosso is a foreground plant .. after get the soil, remove the glosso from the rock , cut the glosso links to one ... or one small patches. plant the root inside the soil and use toothpick to make from floating. and yes .. like usermode said .. glosso is a high light plant . it will need HIGH wattage lights to started rooting .. once its root.. u will having headache trimming it up .. ahaha glosso also will need CO2

holland sand about rm35 for 5/10kg .. cant remember .. a 9litre of amazonia II around rm80-90 and rm130-140 for powder

remove any fauna until the tank is fully cycled.

airpump not needed ...


whats with the bubble stone ?? get a proper diffuser . a small one can get rm10 ..
