its those normal tank lah. but always nicer than plastic the round conner one hv to becareful abit. don tknow the coner easy break. drop a visit in YT's shop go ask him alot.. he is the real si fu..

oh i forget.. u need a thermometer to chech ur tank temp keep it around 28 - 27 or as low as u can

nezu......some plants cannot survive in low temperature..................i've checked and most plants lowest temp is 24 some can tolerate up to 28 or 30. a lfs boss told me that algae are more likely to bloom when temp is 30 and above

nice setup michanz!! the 2nd pic is tat a 2ft tank? warh!! u rich sial go put ADA soil ar? how much u pay ar? the lights u're using is normal table lamp or fishy lamp?

ColdFusionPower ur plants might not survive la if u dont have co2, lights, and fertilizer...
and i think the sand is a lil too shallow for the plants to grow roots

lol, with fan the most we can push down is 27, rainy day with air con on 26.. unless we put chiller. no way we can go below 24

yes algea don't like cold water. also water flow too fast algae will bloom too.

low light n CO2 will also cos more algea.

CFP can't wait, must do everything fast hahhah.... yah, the most important is the light. For me I find it had to get good light for small tank. Anyone got recommendations for a lamp or bulb for a 1ft tank?

1 X 1? get 2 X 9 watt will do pets family hv that.. 2 bulb in one casing

2 bulbs work? How much roughly? Mine is single bulb.... last time use the 1 came with set.... but the plants don't grow well... so I bought another lamp, which so far is ok but wanna know what others are good.

haha . i was too damn boring ...gotta do sumthing or i will died coz too bored !

both of them is same tank..just diffrent time of the year..wahaha did afew diffrent types of aquascaping... trying new rock placements and such..
end up just with rocks..the first pic is my current setup..
