Cyberjaya is good if you know what to do with the property opportunities at there. I've seen quite a few strategies used there, but not the common buy-rent-sell method. Still quite a while before they can make up for the lost time from delays of Malaysia's own Silicon Valley.

Yup, -1 to sweeping statements and jumping to conclusions.
Cyberjaya is actually a great place to do case study. If can breakdown the no. of properties by subcategory and compare vs present day market rate, might unearth some interesting numbers there. Bad investments, ada. Good investments, also ada. but then again, Bad investments and Good investments are all relative, it depends Bad and Good to who. In MBTL case, Bad Investment is Good for own stayers. Symphony Hills too, bad investment for owners ends up becoming good place for tenants as plenty of choices at bargain prices. Really, just like the saying goes when it comes to culture and racism in Malaysia, the hate is mostly because of lack of understanding. |
