OR u can install the VideoDownloader extension for Firefox and save the video via your dl manager with its url. Once u done, the video could be playable within browsers or http://www.browsertools.net/SWF-Opener/

I recomend Snagit..just google.. Been using that for years to capture videos from youtube n others.
