If mealworm = 3 to 4 per day..
Superworm = 2
Silkworm = 1 to 2
Cricket = 3 to 4
U can feed them any combo, but adjust accordingly..
P/S : I dont give Casper insects anymore, even when he acts CUTE. Coz he is overloaded in size d. Kekeke..
As they r insectivore, limit ur fresh food intake, as i got read from a source, they dont need much fresh food like fruits n veges.. They were desert animals in their natural environment, so their body system is designed to cope with that extreme environment.
We need to recreate that environment for them, so limit the fresh food to a smaller amount, as their body cannot absord too much water or liquid, if not they will die, as they cannot processed the water.
Remember that, feed fresh on moderate to low basis, i know its so tempting to feed them the best we can find.
But as a comparison, i never fed my Casper fresh food, just a small cut of choy sum, once or twice in a month. He is mostly on Prestige Hamster Nature and mealworms/other insects. That's all.
