Seriously, the lake will stink after a few years time. Now is ok because they clean it but they aren't going to clean it in the future once they've handover the properties. The developers are not so stupid to spend millions to maintain the lake for you after they've finished the project. It is a one time off thing to attract buyers.

Just look at Taman Jaya and Subang Lake. Since the lake is so close to the residential buildings, there is a chance that you will smell that smelly air. Maybe not the first few years living there but it gets worse over time.
