That place has virtually nothing out of the very ordinary.

That's not cheap for something mid-end at best.

Looking at the pricing of Arcuz and the location, I personally would buy a unit at Cantara Residence instead. Location wise it is just 5-10 minutes apart by car, you get to be 500m within 2 LRT stations of a different line, pricing is cheaper by psf, built by a well known developer who tendered out the job to brand name contractors in the field and freehold.

Also targeted to get the key by 1Q2020.

Is it possible you name all the projects that you circled?
Some I already aware of, like Arcuz, Serene. But the rest never heard of.
