Hi.. I have juz make a booking. But now i have a curious question on the ac ledge. I can't see any access to the ac ledge, will there be any problem when i need to service or change the compressor outside in the future?

I have the same concern when i visited serene gallery on day 1. My only concern was the location which is next to ldp with the traffic. I am always staying in kl and my office is near to klcc. Been working around damansara area but never other part of PJ before.
So, staying at PJ will be a new thing to me.
But finally i was convinced with these points:
- Traffic is everywhere even just outside my office. My current office is just 7km from my hs but it can take me 30-45mins. So, i just need to get used to it. Plus I do not want to pick a place to buy based on my office location because I don't work there forever.
- There are few exits from serene (federal highway, ss3, ldp to pj or subang)
- Unit size, layout, security, trusted developer, price, 2carparks even for the small unit
- Not next to the mall, so no airbnb, lesser tenant
- Alot of new development locations are worse

I did consider Miyu but it need another 3-4yrs to complete and that area is not as strategic as Serene which has few routes to get out.

To me is not the concern because not everyone will be out/in at the same time. Moreover, there are few roads to exit depending on where u wan to go..
Also there's a split resident and visitor boom gates..
I will concern if carpark given is only 1 for each unit, then people will start park their extra car outside the compound and create traffic
