Sunway projects will never cheap. Even the Gandaria at bangi is slight overpriced.

And no affordable housing / pricing from this conglomerate yet. Huhu.

Guess it would be priced 900-1000 psf judging from geo residence resale price.

They will still claim it being proximity to Bandar Sunway despite it will not be close to the center anyway. Haha.

If higher density would have minimum of 800psf. Demand of room rental is close to 1k per room for nadayu already and 600 per room for the nominal one. Good upside for those who have extra cash and vested interests.

Heard they still discussing whether the facade will be in RED or ORANGE or other colors.. LOL

Semi D-Bungalow in the sky is a lil over-rated for this price. However worth to juggle btween this and Sunway Mont. smile.gif

I think Sunway Serene. At least on facade and environs they are better, got lake somemore. biggrin.gif And.. Sunway properties proven to fetch good rentals at this area.. But the concern is, since WD is known to be semiconductor factory / manufacturing plants, will it dispose noxious chemical waste, be it dump or airborne?? confused.gif

Hahaha not VIP but booked their project b4 hence received the newsletter. I have been following Sunway stock for quite some time, i call it "grandfather stock" as technically you won't see their RSI/Volume/Price fluctuates a lot over the time (except this round whereby Tan Sri is making that announcement) - fundamentally it is good, hence by timing the entry and keeping for medium term you may still able to make up some pocket moneys. The group will embark into Healthcare for new revenue stream on retails. tongue.gif

Haha can't really tell the size of windows from picture.. but the lakeside park got Tropicana Metropark geh feel.. much better than MS punya Lakeville. Grand entrance is definitely 2017 lah boss..
