Really weighing in between  Arcuz by Exsim & Sunway Serene.. both are in KJ and not far apart.

Exsim - I've seen Petalz - my friend bought 1 unit there no regrets, nice facilities, pretty impressive with the finishing work.
Sunway - established and looking at SV1 very well done too

My preference is really to be in central PJ as my wife and myself is working in PJ.

Any opinions? Thanks guys

I guess depending on where you work ba... I currently working at Bangsar South and my wife at 1U area. It is near, sure got jam but takes around 30 mins may be? which is still ok for us. We have seen worst... we currently staying in Cheras. So....

I stay in SS2 in the past, but that was like 4-5 years ago. I worked in MK and my wife at KLCC; even worst than our current situation. But my point is, everywhere also will be jam if during peak hours. Unless u stay nearby to office or taking public transport. Or you working from home... Haha

Just asking, the project located at Kelana Jaya or Petaling Jaya? I'm very confused coz the project name is Sunway Serene Petaling Jaya but most of the review say Kelana Jaya?
