Anyone notice the road near the pond at the side entrance smell like shit

Everytime pass by sure smell shit if my car window down

I hope they fix it else low level tenant will have shit smell

The sewer smell haven’t solved ? The road between western d can smell like logi.

Am pretty sure park smells crap but heard mid to top unit no smell just below can smell

Agree with the facility. Just went visiting my friend whom did a house warming

Overall below is my pro and con

Pro
1) nice facility and finishing
2) very spacious lobby and entrance
3) unit finishing is good

Cons
1) the damn lake smell can be bad to logi bad. Most of the time window is closed so the smell is less during raining time acc my friend (his unit is low floor)
2) window is facing into other person unit. If want privacy curtain must be closed all time if u need the window open



I feel the however the price is on a higher side to be honest.
