Nowadays with youtubers like Sean Tan posting lots of videos and educating the public, agents have to work that much harder to secure a sale plus answer lots of questions. This is the future going forward and buyers are less and less gullible.

There are much better condos nearby selling for much cheaper with better connectivity than serene. The only reason i can think of is the easy entry into buying new from developer rather than sub-sale which will require heavy capital upfront. I never liked the enclosed corridor design because it feels cramped and less premium, however the good point is that it prevents rain from wetting the corridor.

Wow, didn't know that they had a landed portion there. However the location is not ideal, not sure if lake sufficiently rehabilitated. Nowadays with the unpredictable weather can the lake contain all the water runoff? Also I am sure the price will be atas. But then again where can you find new landed property in PJ area?
