Even without the 50% bumi thing....their own Sunxxxxx customersare shying away from this developer... seems to have no happy customers for their projects nowadays
By the way B4 even going to see their product....u must understand how they work....my boss had a nightmare with them....they control everything from sale to management(own management company by way of Monopoly)....including having all their own kaki in JMC..
everything are being covered up ....so right from the day u buy till the day u die(assuming if u still own the property) u HV no choice but to suck up everything they implement...u are constantly made to pay the highest charges possible but don't know what u pay for
Guys there are tonnes of choice out there....avoid

BRT is a total crap ...Sunway use this tricks when selling their south quay crap products....is a total failure this BRT ...and add on the very expensive fare does not make sense at all

some projects according to him, even use syndicate to buy and default the loans like the the hartamas condo start with O, nautica and 1 more in kota damansara....u see non stop auction units after vped....hope u are not the next when u buy from them
