No news yet but i think sunway is definitely looking at it. probably price still not correct.

they already own the land next to it. which is currently the sunway serene go kart place.

I did consider Miyu but it need another 3-4yrs to complete and that area is not as strategic as Serene which has few routes to get out.

Normal la, LDP during peak hours and rain for sure jam lo. Not restricted to serene only, if u live anywhere along LDP also u will suffer the same fate.

Your first time having a driving license ar? Everywhere you go when it rains and during rush hours offcourse traffic will be bad la what more in prime locations. Bro u okay or not or still living in the 70s’?

Earlier you talked about raining & peak hours.. now u talked about sunshine and pre mco.. I have been driving in LDP when u r still sucking on your mom’s.

Been using LDP for 10 years of my working life , I would disagreed with you , LDP is a heart of PJ, along that stretch property prices will continue to go up.

You can’t denied the fact PJ road is always jam during peak hours , it depends how you see it. End of the day , if you work around PJ most likely you will be using LDP back to your home . Positive side if you stay in SS , you may just exit out to SS.

By the way, anyone can confirm whether they will proceed the another 2 blocks of residence and townhouses ?

Hopping they would do something like sunway geo , to make the place more attractive

the plan is there which is also shown in their scale model but not sure when its going to start.

they could delay it to wait for the recovery of the property cycle to gain higher selling PSF. Guess not urgent for them as they are now concentrated with other projects

To me is not the concern because not everyone will be out/in at the same time. Moreover, there are few roads to exit depending on where u wan to go..
Also there's a split resident and visitor boom gates..
I will concern if carpark given is only 1 for each unit, then people will start park their extra car outside the compound and create traffic
