To begin with there is no point in comparing serene and acruz....two entire different locations, concept, mixes and the rest....

no choice for lot15. its a commercial title land, therefore by hook or by crook, developer needs to have 'commercial activities' on ground floor.

I am a practical and lazy person. I would prefer amenities within walking distance, incl meals, grocery, entertainment and transport. Personally to me, if you opted to stay in apartment, once you reach inside your apartment block, they are 80% same same in all other apartments. Residents don't want to look you in the eyes, everybody just quick quick enter their units, worried that you will rob them right outside their door and etc.

sunway surrounding has nothing. Everything you need to drive out....and its onto either LDP and FEDHWY. both roads are super duper jam during rush hours. You will be held hostage in your own home or prohibited to go home during rush hours.

beside, if you opted to live in apartment, might as well surrounded yourself with amenities within walking distance, otherwise its a waste of time to stay in apartments that required you to drive out for every single little thing.
