Why wanna waste time to revenge on some small potato?
They don’t appreciate, their loss, not mine.
I can find other location that know show to appreciate my attention, right?

Even if you go find the person and make a big hooha there, they will not listen and grow up! Waste my time and energy on this people for what? I rather stay away.

Pass feedback to the Director of Sales without being specific that some staff are not abiding by company values to be customer centric and helpful. It’s the biggest stab to a public listed company when you question their values and practices. Worst still if you critique that their sales training is inadequate.

Bro, if you're really keen, you won't be bothered by all this. Just straight go to the sales gallery unless you're asking for fun. Personally I think you're asking too much, possibly something unnecessary that gives the impression that you're asking for fun on the phone. your people dont want to serve customers properly somemore want me to go and beg? only have this property in the whole PJ????

if you think I ask for fun, let it be lo..... same mentality with the person who pick up the call, thinking people ask for fun.
good sales person will take every opportunity at hand, not being triggered and chase potential customer away.

Sales people are meant to serve you - the customer. Unless the customer is being unreasonable in any way. Discriminatory and arrogant behaviour is unbecoming of sales staff. Can blow it up and let Sunway dock their commissions for sensitivity training. Ultimate slap in the face for all sales staff.

Even when I went to Belfield I found some of the behaviours very unhelpful. I have half a mind to write a lengthy letter to Sunway to kick up a fuss.

Im not any agent and not even from developer sales team. And im not trying to challenge ppl with any trick or wat. My point is if you're really interested to know more about a project, you shouldnt just make a call and ask unnecessary questions eg asking the opinion by comparing with other nearby project. If basic questions still acceptable. I wouldn't blame you entirely, perhaps that guy is not playing his part well. Even if you're treated badly, if you're really keen on that project, you shldnt be complaining here and giving those unnecessary excuses saying the sales staff attitude that pissed you off and so you wouldn't considering buying or what. Just make a complain to the developer. That's it.

Anyway, you sound to me that you're not a keen buyer. If so, don't talk like you will get one if not because of the bad staff attitude. I know customer is always right. There is always limit. I think you might have crossed the line that triggered the staff. No offence tho. Just a piece of advice. Be a smart customer. smile.gif

To be fair, it’s quite valid to completely walk away from a purchase because of one bad customer experience. It happens more than you think.

Asian people are very ego centric and to feel that you’ve been put down because others have perceived you to be “poor” or beneath them is quite traumatic.

I would say you can ask questions on the project itself, not ask about what developer staff think about other competitor project
it is considered as chit chat which I guess their sales staff perceive you as not a keen buyer, is hard for other to comment since no one know what conversation between you and them
