Personally I felt serene has a better road access, you can access serene through LDP , SS3 road , Federal Highway , and also SS7 road.
For plaza glomac, only LDP and SS7 road from behind.
In terms of facilities , unit size , serene would be more comfortable and family oriented stay.
By the way the industrial land, sunway has already acquired it. Looking forward the new serene transformation.

very lansi developer, called their office, they told me oversold and no discount what so ever, if cannot effort dont bother to come and view.

I was caught surprised by their attitude.

I think they had to offer rebates etc cause this is like no man’s land to stimulate sales.

The money will be coming from Serene 2 , WD land opposite serene (Sunway Reit) & Sunway serene XPark (sunway properties) they have quite a substantial landbank there

You mean there will be a phase 2 and it is gonna be more expensive than Serene?

phase 2 already indicated in the current serene layout. when it will be out i have no idea. price wise, maybe wait for market rebound? laugh.gif

besides that the opposite land (current WD the smaller one) bought by their REIT division - maybe malls / office / storage? no idea laugh.gif

Also another land next to this WD, the current sunway serene X park, this land is under sunway properties if i'm not wrong

Hows the take up rate for phase 1 so far? If the take up rate is low, dont think they will launch phase 2 so soon.
