Interesting.

No doubt their strategies are way ahead of Malaysia.

Singapore itself is a good example.
A country in a tiny island yet can have such developed and well urban planning and fully utilizing unused space to plant trees and other greens. Even roof of the buildings are used as hydroponic farming. Air over there is much fresher than Malaysia's too haha

Sunway projects will never cheap. Even the Gandaria at bangi is slight overpriced.

And no affordable housing / pricing from this conglomerate yet. Huhu.

I believe you are talking about Garden City. I don't think its a bad idea nor is it a mistake to have such green garden in the midst of such busy city.

well Sunway for one I know won't go for affordable housing thingy.. they always focus on mid high to high end market...

Imagine the lakeside becomes like a mini Desa ParkCity. Full of interesting lifestyle spots and jogging track. Golf view can be seen as well.

It's not a hard thing to hire a proper landscape architecture.
Sigh. Since it's Malaysia government, what to do.

And I find DBKL has been doing way too many unnecessary projects. Like building a town hall out of an empty land where no nearby communities will utilise it and many others...

Guess it would be priced 900-1000 psf judging from geo residence resale price.

They will still claim it being proximity to Bandar Sunway despite it will not be close to the center anyway. Haha.

If higher density would have minimum of 800psf. Demand of room rental is close to 1k per room for nadayu already and 600 per room for the nominal one. Good upside for those who have extra cash and vested interests.

Indicative Selling Price: from RM732,000 onwards

So it is 800+ psf for higher density.
And justify the guesstimate as the developer is Sunway 😁
