For those already move in to Eco Ardence, I understand the aircon outdoor unit for houses there is designated to be on the roof top. Has there been any issues?
Having multiples units blasting hot air at each other in a small area will make the heat exchange less efficient.
Would appreciate any feedback. Also has anyone successfully get approval to install outdoor unit other than at the roof?

Road leading to Ardence Crest is open.
It might be because of the walking event.
Actual NARA site is now visible if you drive to Ardence Crest.

You can see the hill on the left side. That is the Northern side of the NARA.

Reaching last row of Nara.
Generally if you are facing the North, West side is at lower level and East side where the Townhouses are is on higher ground.
East side, structure is almost fully done with roof.
West side is starting foundation for the last row.

Nara, has mixture of landed houses and apartments.

Hi Aeres residents, would like to ask. The "CCTV (point only) provided by Eco, is it referring to cable points? If cable, is it 4 ways or Cat5 or co-axial+2 ways.

NARA is on a slight hilly slope. Above pictures are before the project starts & work in progress.

First of all, the reason I post the photo is because some say Eco Ardence is swampy.
Photo is to show NARA which is part of Eco Ardence is elevated, rocky and not swampy.

As for structural concern, I should hv mentioned it is on higher ground instead of hilly.
The elevated ground is actually rocky instead of earth.

Hope this can eliminate your concerns.

Kindly advise on procedure to apply for MBSA permit if I need to cover up the back garden. I went up to MBSA they refuse to sell me the Pelan Setara even though I explain, NARA is terrace link and my unit is intermediate. Seems like need to submit building plan from architect.
