For the steel factory, I’m not worry too much about pollution. I used to go Amsteels (Banting) a lot, and didn’t even smells something awful. Plus the factory “should” be well hidden since our facing is North or South.

About highway sharing between EA residents and industrial employees around that area, this is one of the concern tbh. At least from what i know, heavy vehicles are not allowed to go through it.
