Planning to buy a Unit in this beautiful area, but notice that Amsteel factory is quite close to Eco Ardence. Any concern on pollution?

During sales talk all focus was on the Assembly Plant which is less hazardous and clean. Why nobody mention about this 'Giant' plant laying just next to it? I was there yesterday and it is so obvious when look from Tuai Gallery. |

just backed from Eco Ardence, again. I was shocked to find out that Ardence Crest (Commercial) is actually just opposite Toyota Assembly plant (across the road) which is not far away from Malaysia Steel. Cora is just a stone throw away. There is one assess road infront of Toyota leading into Eco Ardence without any exclusivity. Worst, we can smell something like paint or plastic in this area...something like new car smell. I thought the whole Eco Ardence is exclusive to its residents inside its own area. It turns out that a beautiful tar road was built infront Toyota leading into Eco Ardence. All cars from Industrial area, Klang etc is allowed to go thru using this road (hopefully except heavy vehicles). Imagine we are paying so much for the exclusivity, when the whole project completed we are actually staying just besides a Heavy Industrial Area. Yes, just next to it. Dont take my words, go find out yourselves during weekend. Waze Malaysia Steel Works or Toyota Assembly, feel and smell the air
