lol.... alot of japanese and korean restaurant in malaysia didn't mention halal or non halal... i see alot of muslims still makan inside aje.... macam ini consider as racist ka... even japanese or korea also alot of muslim tourists... i din see those countries many effort for muslim to come visit their country.... hardly can find any halal restaurants pun in these countries... haha

well ya... but for the time being... one construction at a time i guess... otherwise... u jam until cant even go out.... with EA plus road expansion... lol.... anyhow... this proven the DASH connection really important... although not direct exit like SA to NKVE... but its an option... currently SA residents only have two options... NKVE or federal..... but the jam when u drive to the exit of federal.... mosquitoes already slept one round already.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

yea lo... especially working hours... but cant compare to puchong... i go to puchong from KL few times during peak hours... LDP jam to puchong... is another level one... from KL to there shorter distance than to SA... but driving timing to setiawalk need more than one hour....

once the road construction around jalan meru there completed... maybe there will be more ppl using that way to exit to federal also already... as u know... msian like to skip toll... and nkve vs federal to KL is like 4.40 vs 0.... haha devil.gif devil.gif

sorry as i am not staying in setia alam, hence i really do not know how terrible is the jam,

actually ardence have the advantage.... it still jam... but ardence can go back home very fast after skipping through those jam... compared to those staying inside the older tamans... still have to continuously jam to inside... however we can only really assess all of this after everything has been completed...

well... if you cant find anything u like about ecoworld... can just move on to other developers' projects... they still achieve quite good selling rate for most of their projects in klang valley...

yea... if its for own stay... emotional factor do influence alot.... not everyone have the same preferences to stay in strata township like ecoworld projects... some like to have more flexibility with their house....

moving closer to your office already? otherwise doesnt make sense if u still need more than 30 mins to travel to work when u staying in cities areas during peak hours....

but if the location is good... or the units u interested to buy are hugely popular... u may not get the desire unit with desired orientation or facing... best is buy subsales... very seldom developer build and sell nowadays... cash is king...

there are difference between high end specification vs high end township masterplan geh... most of the ecoworld products give you high end township enclave... but not so much on the unit itself...

like bean kor say... DPC is high end township... but the landed there are bare to the bone... seldom i see a development will have both together... because either way... buyers paid for those high end spec or high end landscaping/environment...just like some minor new superlink development... the unit itself maybe have some perks here n there... but the whole area macam typical landed taman je.... just stick to what you boleh afford and focus on that je bang...
