Look at Zero Lot, is that really a total bungalow (when it newly came out) seriously   The typical semi-d or bungalow is ohhh full land at the sides or all round. This is 'partially' (probably less than 30sqft space room or a 8' x 10' wall shared with your neighbour, that caused some reactions ?) thus i said hybrid, variation of semi-d. Link is link lah, cant have link semi d or link bungalow, unless is clustered like the Periwinkle semi-d, i cant get over my mind : The dwaft size bungalow of approx. 2000sqft.

Refer 1 : current proposal for pavillion / garden. You still get yoir own roof and 10' compound.

Refer 2 : my proposal, if i elevate the room / lounge up you get a floating box you still get your own roof and 10' compound.

From the S&P agreement, pavillion home is stated black&white as 2 storey link semi detached - pavillion home.
