Do you guys who live in Setia Alam really have to take 1-2 hours to drive to KL or PJ during peak hour? Is it that bad? This means the ideal area for Setia Alam folk to get jobs is in Klang and Shah Alam area only, maybe Subang at the worst.
may be it is the other way.
for people work in Klang, Subang > can consider get a house in SA for people work in other place > shouldn't consider SA at all?
but again- life is always uncertain. it can throw you away to any where. so - might as well get somewhere more strategic?
Btw.... 32X70 size with build up 2400 sqft.... this is so call mini SemiD? It is as small as it can get.
The layout out for ground floor feel like a large condo (something like 1500 sqft)
It is good for small family, with minimal cooking. most asian would like to make it wet and dry kitchen partician. Also as you can see they squeeze the washing machine there.... means there is limited back yard.

So the premium is really the EcoWorld brand, the landscape, guardhouse, and club treatment. Still, many would go for it..... I recall Aeres and Damien was going around 1.7-1.8 mill a year ago, proper semi-D with larger BU ( around 2800sqft) > wouldnt that be a steal?
IMHO, the real steal is a stone throw away @ Ecopark Semid. With similar landcaping and security, if u can find 1.7 to 1.8m. Much bigger land area and BU

as heard- only 60% of the Setia park masterplan is been developed/sold, still got 40% more which they build and release step by step.
another plus points.... the maintenance is damn cheap right? Rm 360 or so per month?
going out to nkve more or less the same. coming back from nkve is worse since need to make u turn. when hana, huni, tuai all completed in future, eco ardence side will choke at the traffic light going into nkve i think.
Probably back log until NKVE toll leh.... Well - progress comes with a price.
anway- the traffic from NKVE been already heavy right... from Subang onwards....
means other semi D is small- almost like link house?
Aeres- have double volumn living room- making upstairs really small. The plus point is the club house is premium- top of the hill with good view of SA.
negative point- the color a little like Nirvana temple. =D
