If it is younger than 10 years, not much issue. But if it is beyond 10 years, you will have a hard time letting go of these properties since very few banks would finance these properties - as far as I know, only Ambank and PBB would finance older properties that are still with Master titleSo even if you manager to grab one that is 8 or 9 years old, once you want to exit the market will you get the strata title? and if not, will the developer sill be around?
