Attended a property talk in mid valley recently and one speaker did mention that there is an oversupply of condos at the moment. He also mentioned the days where price increases upon completion, does not happen anymore due to oversupply. So if the unit is not completed and you are hoping the price will go up, think again. Price is around RM530K for one unit.
