The current selling price is close to double the S&P price. Lift issues don't happen regularly, unless one breaks down. PV13 is managed well by the JMC I must say. Not sure about 14 and 15. I doubt it'll hit RM700K but that's my opinion, unless a LRT station pops up meters away, or a hypermart.Price is around RM530K for one unit.
