New jerseys ah? Aiya.... No problem, I have some pics to share also..

Let's start with Celtic 2007/2008 home kit. This kit celebrates 40 years of Celtic's European Cup in 1967 at Lisbon, Portugal:
user posted image

user posted image

The writing around the Celtic logo is in portuguese. It says "25 May 1967, Lisbon Lions, 40th anniversary":
user posted image

Even the material used is the same type that is currently used for nike jerseys such as United, Arsenal, Inter etc:
user posted image

user posted image

From 2007 onwards, all Nike jerseys use Fit Dry, no longer Sphere Dry:
user posted image

Added on March 21, 2007, 12:11 amWest Ham United are rumoured to be wearing Umbro next season, sadly they might be wearing them in the Coca Cola Championship next season:

user posted image

No sponsors are on the jersey because their current jersey sponsors (Jobserve)'s contract is until end of this season. I believe from the left, is their home kit, away kit and goalkeeper kit.

Added on March 21, 2007, 12:24 amFor the Newcastle United new home kit, there is a strip tease at their home website, where they will be revealing one by one the full image of the new home kit, modelled by Michael Owen:

Day 1:

Day 2:

Should get the full image by this Friday/Saturday... hehe

Added on March 21, 2007, 12:27 amNot sure if this is a real Liverpool away/third kit, or just their training gear:

user posted image

Added on March 21, 2007, 12:30 amAnother rumour I heard was that Chelsea will have a new away kit. The colour will be yellow fluoroscent, like the highlighter colour or the yellow barca away kit. Not sure if it's 100% correct, but you've heard it here.. hehe..

Will update you guys with any more new kits (if I have them).. Especially the ones from Arsenal, Chelsea and... Manchester United

Sheffield United home and away kit 2007/2008.

Funny enough, the fans can decide which will be their new home/away kit. They have to vote at their website to decide. Here they are:

^ I have to disagree there, the first adidas template acutally looked nice. Simple and clean lines, yet retaining the adidas feel. The second one however looked quite weird with the slash across the chess.

Having said that, I hope Nike's obsession with the retro style is over... The current retro template are nice, but a tad too boring and plain.

Adidas boots are good, no objections with that though tongue.gif

hehe...i'm not referring to nice or not nice. it lacks of substance. it does not show anything but just plain design. it could work for a GENERAL football kit, to the "adidas feel" ur referring (actually the "feel" is just the 3 lines, hence the RETRO adidas originals is doin' right now, not just nike), but if its for a club/country. nah...no chance.

Yes it is. I heard so many rumours about it. In many forums... But I'm not sure if it will work. Germany use Adidas for their national football team and Puma for their national hockey team. Both brands are from Germany and from same brothers (Adi Dassler and Rudolf Dassler. Rudolf had an argument with Adi the founder of adidas and later formed Puma). Hehehe..

Well, no pics to put up, but I do know that most Adidas sponsored teams will have new home kits next season;

1. ACM
2. Bayern
3. Newcastle
4. Real Madrid

And of course, the mandatory NEW away for other teams incl Chelsea and Liverpool...

I believe Nike will be coming out with new ones as well for Barca etc, and keep those pics coming Schmeichel7! nod.gif

Rangers has also been changing their kit every year now, and this one doesn't look that different from this year's one anyway. looks like the new England kit but in Blue.

As for Chelsea, can confirm that there will be a new AWAY kit next season, and rumoured to be the flourescent yellow as per schmeichel7. there may also be a new European/3rd kit, and rumoured to be white.

You don't understand. As a muslim like me, small things like this can revoke other fellow muslim's feelings. Especially if you go to mosque for prayers or something.

It's not being biased or what.. Just that small things like this are sensitive to muslim's feelings.

Thanks man... As being someone who endorses you guys to buy original jerseys, it excites me as well to see these new kits coming out... What to do.. I'm a jersey addict.. But always stay original and true to yourself! Will update more with any new pictures or sneak peeks I can find..

Here is some pictures of Newcastle's new kit:

From the pictures above, I'm not sure if they are the training kits or could be their away kit. But I suspect it's their training kits.

Now this is weird... we are supposed to use the same home kit for 2 years, and now some one is wearing a possible new design? Smells photoshop to me since it resembles the 04/05 home kit without the collar, the golden shield outside, and the red swoosh on the left sleeve.

Just add some gold lines in it and it'll look sweet though icon_rolleyes.gif

I'm pretty sure the current Arsenal's jersey will used again next year. I think they have a lifespan of 2 years. They are only allowed to change the away jersey every year. Arsenal's away jersey should be blue next season.

I have the current jersey and the freaking Emirates print on the jersey is peeling. Kinda like this jersey design and it sux when the print is peeling. Feel like getting another one but if its gonna peel again, its not justifiable to buy another.

If I remember correctly most of the first batch home kits have the same peeling problem. It was mentioned some time ago at kitbag.com, and the site offered to exchange any faulty kits. Not sure whether local Nike shops provide any exchanges though (although I doubt it)...

brader, it's all in the handling. Like, you wash in washing machine? how many times you wash in a season (i.e. a year)? if let's say you wear quite often, then sure lah koyak, normal tees and shirts also will suffer wear and tear, what more jersey lah...also made out of normal earthly materials mah...

Noticed over the weekend that both Newcastle and Everton has already sported their new home kits for next season, and I'd think Newcastle's one is already on sale in the UK. And I think Arsenal is only launching the Away in July, not the Home.

ya just can't keep a collector down eh schmeichel7? smile.gif

anyway had a look via yest's EPL Highlights show as well, and noticed that the fonts have changed while the patch is the same. I think maybe it's because that they've an agreement that the logo will only be in place after this season or something like that, hence the use of the old one. pretty sure that a new one will be in place next season tho.

as for the fonts, i noticed that the new fonts are somewhat flatter on the players' bodies as compared to the current fonts. you can see that for the Blackburn players, the fonts look intact (their shape) while the Newcastle players' fonts were more in line with the jersey aka moves with it. This implies that the new ones would be of transfer print and not flock/felt as per this season. This also suggests that the new fonts may come in sets instead of individual, as it is much more easier to print for transfer prints.

anyway, my observation lah... tongue.gif

Not really you know. I have other few other Nike and Adidas jerseys which uses similar imprints as "Emirates". None of them have the same problem as the Arsenal one. I don't think its the washing machine problem, rather a manufacturer defect. I have an old Arsenal jersey which i wear for futsal and i wash it at least 15 times more often than the latest jersey, yet it has no problem with the imprint.

I do suspect its the first batch problem since you guys highlighted it. I got this jersey really early as i prebook it at Al Ikhsan.

Hopefully that it's still using velvet la. If printed like the champions league set, then how will I customize my jersey and apply 'FAIZ' on my jersey? Hehehe..

Giotto, I think you might have been one of the unlucky folks who bought the Arsenal jersey which was faulty. I read somewhere where there was a production problem regarding the new 2006/2008 Arsenal home kit.. Found this article:

Arsenal 06/07 Home Shirt: Announcement
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Source: http://www.arsenal.com/article.asp?thisNav...&article=451277

So since you bought the 'original' jersey, maybe you can apply to have a replacement of the jersey. Maybe return it back using the form? Who knows.. hehe.. You can try contacting Arsenal FC or fill in the return form at the website. Eh.. How come I know this well than an Arsenal fan? Hehehehe.... Hope it helps. Who knows you can get a replacement for the troubled jersey.... That's the benefit of buying original jerseys!

BTW the Arsenal 'new kit' photo that was posted earlier, is clearly fake. Here is proof:

Found this info as well regarding founders of AC Milan and Inter:

Milan is the English form of Milano, the industrial capital of Northern Italy.
It is also the name of one of the two Milano football teams, more precisely A.C. Milan (the other one being Inter).

The football team, whose colors are black and red, got an English name because it was founded in 1899 as the Milan Football and Cricket Club. The founder was a Briton living in Milano, named Alfred Edwards.

Source: http://everything2.com/index.pl?node=AC%20Milan

Founded in 1908, Internazionale is a professional Italian football club located in Milan. The heated rivalry between Inter and AC Milan partly developed due to both clubs' founding. Inter was formed because of the influence that the British had on AC Milan. Becuase of the success that Inter has had, it is considered one of the Italian giants, though I can't recall if there is a nickname for these clubs (seven sisters?).

Source: http://everything2.com/index.pl?node=Internazionale

1908
At the beginning of the century, Milan derbies did not exist. At that time there was only "Milan Cricket and Football Club" (now AC Milan). But on 9 March 1908, a group of rebels form "Football Club Internazionale Milano".

The rebels:

The name of the club derives from the wish of its founding members to accept foreign players as well as Italians, hence the name Internazionale. Indeed, the first captain of the side is a Swiss player - Hernst Manktl. The club colours are gold, black and blue, a tradition which has been kept right up to the present day.

Bolton Wanderers - Reebok, Reebok (Minor changes on striping.)
Chelsea - adidas, Samsung mobile

Giotto, I think you might have been one of the unlucky folks who bought the Arsenal jersey which was faulty. I read somewhere where there was a production problem regarding the new 2006/2008 Arsenal home kit.. Found this article:
Dude,

Thanks for the info man. Since they said its just a batch problem, i may consider getting another similar jersey. I hope that i'm getting the new batch though. My current one is probably the first batch coz i got it really early. The same day the jersey was launched, i got it.

They say early bird gets the worm...doesn't work for me though. I don't think i'm gonna ask for a refund. I bought it from Real Sports. Its unlikely they'll refund or give you a new one.

That would be weird. The whole idea of an away kit is that the colors does not coincide with the opposition which has similar colors. I personally think the kit will be very different from the ones shown above.

From my observation of Arsenal away kits, its always alternating between yellow and blue every year.

The coming season its going to be a little different. We all thought its gonna be yellow or blue as well. But its almost confirm that its gonna be white because of the Herbert Chapman thingy.

Yeah, care to elaborate on the Herbert Chapman? Football jerseys and getting more and more commercialised. Clubs are out there to suck us fans money by launching anniversary jerseys for just almost every damn reason.

Nevertheless, the one you show above looks pretty ok. Kinda like the maroon stripes by the side. But if its any other color, its ok too.

Sorry mate.. but this thing looks fake. I don't think Arsenal will wear white as away because it is similar to Spurs's colour. I've seen this somewhere else rumoured in the internet and they all think it's fake. Will just wait and see..

Well.. you can try mate. If it's an original and authentic jersey. The nike tag inside the jersey has some serial numbers on it.. They can verify on it's authenticity anyway...

If you're referring to the spurs kit...

The white plain one is their new home kit. Will be worn with white shorts and white socks (unlike the previous navy blue shorts). Then the all navy will be their new away and yellow will be their third kit.

While the white and light blue will be a special kit to celebrate their 125 anniversary. Will be worn only once. It will be worn on one occasion during the 2007/2008 season to celebrate the Club's 125th Birthday. Hope this clears matters..

Arsenal are dedicating their away kit for this season to Herbert Chapman, one of the best managers in the history of the English League. Part of the lite group of managers who has won the league title 3 times on the trot as well.

Chapman is a legacy for Arsenal. He've made changes in both English football and we also have him to thank for Arsenal today. He is also the one that changed the Arsenal jersey from all-red at the first place. It has been confirmed that we will have a new away jersey, dedicated to him. You can read more about him here though.

i think i can sort of confirm that the replica version of the new EPL fonts will be available in individual format (i.e can mix and match) and its' made of the flock/velvet material, but maybe thinner.

as for the Player-Size versions, no confirmation as yet...

that's the design first, with the final confirmation of the sponsor out later. sometimes some sponsors may choose to advertise something different from the main title for e.g.

Werder Bremen - bwin, bwin.de, we win, etc
Milan (Opel) - Zafira, Meriva (all makes of Opel automobiles)

so they may just delay the actual printing of sponsor until formal launch date...

The letters and numbers for the new EPL 2007/2008 season is already sold in singapore.:

user posted image
SIZE : 53 MM (No wonder they look small when worn by Newcastle United and Sheffield United last week)

user posted image
SIZE : 254MM

They are sold by a singapore ebay seller. If interested can buy from his site:

LEXTRA 07-09 EPL Player Size Alphabet Shirt English

LEXTRA 07-09 EPL Player Size Number Customise Shirt

1 EPL Letter = USD2.49 or RM8.47
1 EPL Number = USD9.99 or RM33.98

SHIPPING COST PER NAME SET( up to 10 Letters & 2 Numbers) = USD 4.00 or RM13.61

This guy's rate is a bit expensive. I normally buy from another singaporean ebay seller (his id is jerseytrend), will wait for his items to be in stock.

wow! this is expensive! since it is launched (officially) today, these guys are quick off the mark! smile.gif

anyway, if it's anything to go by, hope the local retailers don't hike up the price as well from RM6 to RM8 and RM29 to RM33. That would be a significant increase esp for longer names. hope that the prices stay the same though...

Agreed.. Besides the numbers are still the same height but the letters are smaller than the old player sized ones (they were 76MM).

well i think maillot2008's pic of Milan's new kit may be spot on. I've seen it and it looks somewhat like that meaning that the design is along that line.

as for Bayern's new kit, it is class the first time i saw it. better than this season's as well, if i may add.

just checked out a couple of sites worth visiting from the pics above..

1. www.footballshirtculture.com

2. maillots-20072008.skyblog.com

the first one mainly has official posts while the 2nd looks like a collectors' passion for shirts ala schmeichel7. very interesting as well, and he does take the trouble to mention 'official' or 'non-official' postings...pity it's all in French!

some samples of 'Official' sightings....

If not for that really weird stripe of green, i think this jersey design looks quite ok. Quite similar like the one posted couple of pages ago.

Among all, i must say Barca's 2nd and 3rd jersey looks awesome and i especially like the blue one.

an update on new jerseys...

FYI the RM Home above is definitely a FAKE while the Away is confirmed design, unconfirmed sponsor.

As for the Barcelona Away and Third, definitely FAKE. There will be new home and away kits for Barcelona next season, with the away similar in design to the new home, and pale blue in colour, much like the one worn when Kappa was still the sponsor some years ago. Also, there will be some sort of wordings surrounding the Barca badge/logo. Design of the shirt is not halves like this season, but broader vertical lines.

Also, for Man U fans, Al-Ikhsan just had some stock of the current Man U jersey. Sizes available are L and XL only. So, check it out!

Man U jerseys on sale now are HOME only, retailing at RM239 for the current home kit, and RM145 for past seasons' kits.

Also, for Roma fans, there are still a couple of 03-04 Roma home shirts available in L and XL sizes, at RM89. and, the best part, they still have the TOTTI 10 lettering for that season's shirt for sale @ RM59, thus making it only RM148 for the shirt plus NN.

wow that's a long time coming man, maybe beginning of 2008. may get to see Sweden's first though, their launching is also quite early, similar to England's shirt.

Inter's kit is class.
ManUtd's kit is a sign of Nike's confidence that the consumers will love whatever they market, most of the time it works, the americans can market ice to eskimos. conclusion:american marketing is class.
Barca's kit, i'd rather have them revert back to the traditional six stripes, it's getting lesser and lesser now. even last season they protested against nike on their proposal to cut it down to 4. and this year it's only three.
conclusion: what tradition? it's a corporate/commercial world now.

Conclusion of the conclusions: Nike KICKS ARSE.

I must say Man Utd's new home kit looks really good, if it indeed is this design. Simple and elegant design. Even as an Arsenal fan, i'd buy this jersey for collection.

BTW, i thought Man Utd use this years jersey only once? How can they change jersey so fast?

eh Man U will be using the current season's kit for one year, hence the change. Dunno why though, since EPL rules stipulate that home kits must be used for at least 2 years. Maybe got special dispensation this year? Centennary of some sorts? Hope the Man U fans out there can enlighten us on this...

as for design, simple yes, elegant yes, but too bland if you ask me. too simple in fact. the only plus I can see is that it's ALL red for a change, no diff colour linings, etc.

Its the same reason why people like a stock standard car and why some people like cars with spoiler, gt-wings and accessories. Everyone has their own taste.

To be honest, i don't really fancy the Liverpool's kit and its got nothing to do with the team i support. Man Utd's real nice. In fact the new Aston Villa one is real nice too.

Naturally, most Arsenal jersey is nice coz i support them. Maybe with the exception of the pepsi blue jersey which they wore a few seasons back. I thought that was weird. Probably the best thus far is the red and white with yellow linings on the neck and shoulder. And of coz the all time classic maroon jersey.

eh Man U will be using the current season's kit for one year, hence the change.

*
It's to commemorate 50 years since the 1st time the Busby Babes won their 1st title. Don't think there's rules that requires teams to where their home kit for at least 2 seasons. Arsenal wore their maroon farewell to Higbury kit for just one season.

So far Inter's away kit looks the most interesting. MU's home kit looks good; minimilistic modern design. I never fancied the white patches on MU's home kit.

Guys.. unfortunately the Arsenal away that you guys posted might be fake. Here's the real one:

user posted image

It uses 'NikeFIT' like new nike jerseys are suppose to as shown above.

user posted image

Inside shirt pays tribute to herbert chapman as shown above.

Wow.. looks like a spurs kit!

um there is actually a rule that states all home kits must be for 2 season, barring exceptional circumstances. this was to hinder the clubs from fleecing the supporters by coming up with a home kit every season.

however, away kits and 3rd kits can be introduced every season, with some clubs opting to use last season's away as this season's third (to avoid colour clashes). i think this is a very good solution as well to avoid any backlash from supporter groups if they were to come up with new kits every season. sure complain one....

I've seen an ebayer from Malaysia selling the new gred AAA kits on ebay already. We know it was a fake replica from Thailand but how they managed to get the sample? Excuse me for my dumb Q if it's already on the shelf somewhere around. (I mean the ori one)

My advice is, don't trust that it's the real jersey until it's confirmed. Although I sent a new Arsenal away, I'm not 100% sure it is real but it does look 95% real though..

Besides the Man Utd away is rumoured to be black.

sometimes what these guys do is sort of like 'attack' the consumer mindset of wanting to get the first release. thus, they release all sorts of kits claiming it to be the latest, when it's not! the only thing is to wait until you see the new kits for yourself, ala website announcements etc.

i personally don't trust these fakes until I see it with my own eyes that the players are wearing it. so many prototypes going around nowadays...

I still prefer the old NN fonts...sigh..and the EPL logo...the previous 1 was classic!!! rclxms.gif
they must have changed it to make a big buck out of it..selling jerseys with new fonts.. rclxub.gif

no lah i don't think so. Adidas has never produced body tight jerseys, maybe ultra small (vintage) ones but definitely not body tight. The only brands I can think of that does so are Kappa, and maybe Diadora (AS Roma), Joma (Seville) and ever Airness (Fulham).

Ok.. To make it 110% officially genuine thing and confirmed...

The arsenal new white away jersey can now be ordered online from arsenal.com
Visit the website below:

http://shop.arsenal.com/arsenal/dept.asp?d...t=1058&mscssid=

Here's the image of the new away jersey range:

And inside the arsenal.com website:

PLEASE NOTE: From the start of the 07/08 season The F.A. Premier League is introducing a new design for the official letters, numbers and sleeve badges that will be printed on player kits and also produced for replica sale. As a result, please be aware that the names, numbers and sleeve badges you purchase for the 06/07 season will not be the same as the ones that appear for season 07/08

Heat applied to sleeve. For ultimate authenticity.

So not only there will be new NNs but also new sleeve badges design.

This could be how the new sleeve badges looks like for next season:

I think we could be pretty damn sure that the picture shows the actual sleeve badge that'll be used, arsenal have it listed as an option to buy in their online shop already.
It's ok if they wanna stick to this design, i like it anyway.

No no.. This is from a picture from real madrid after they've announce that next year they'll have 'Bet & Win' as their shirt sponsors since BENQ's gone bankrupt (not sure true or not).

It's similar like last season la when Man Utd announced that they're using AIG as new shirt sponsors:

What might had happened if vodaphone were wise enough to stick with United? I found some pictures rumoured to be United jerseys produced with 'vodaphone' in case they sticked with them:

This is obviously a fake. As I mentioned before, the rumoured away jersey will be black. This is a picture of last season's away kit. They just added in some red at the center of the jersey and mod it. If you see closely it's last year's away kit. Here's the original picture:

Yes, nike is damn lazy this season but the guys who design the new jerseys are from Nike Holland not US. Their HQ for jersey designs are in Nike Holland.

I dunno wether this is the right place to ask or already been asked and answered,  but anyway...
Is Manchester United will have the new home and away kit next season?
The reason i ask is because last month my wife bought an MU home kit from manutd.com. She couldnt find an M size, so she bought L instead (luckily its fit well). She sent an email to them and asking why its so damn hard to find man and mowan jersey in size S and M. last friday she got a reply from them saying that they did not produce any new S and M shirt because MU is going to have a new Home and Away kit this August. Is this true? I thought the jersey should have a lifespan of 2 season. Anybody know about this?
*
Yes, unfortunately that is true. Since earlier last year some Nike dudes told me about this that the Man Utd 2006-2007 (which was last season) home and away kit will last only for one season. I have no concrete reason why is this so because you are correct, Man United normally produces their home jersey for 2 seasons like Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool's. That is why if you visit United's online megastore the home jersey is mentioned as 2006-2007 home jersey, not 2006-2008 home jersey like liverpools, arsenals and chelsea's.

One reason that I can think of is because of 50 years anniversary of the 1958 Munich disaster. United fans should know about this and what it means to us, United fans. So far from the photos of the rumoured jersey, I don't see any mentioning of this anniversary so it's just a rumour that I can think of. But yes, it is not fair for the previous jersey to be only one season (which explains why Nike did not reproduce massive quantities of this jersey and it was hard to find in Malaysia) and also the rumoured design looks... unfortunately.. disappointing. I'd prefer last season's design much better.

The away kit is rumoured to be black. So stay tune, because the home jersey will be officially launched next month (early July). Hope this helps.

Its the same situation as Arsenal whereby this season they met an opponent that coincidently is sponsored by Fly Emirates. During Arsenal's away game, they wore "Dubai". But i can't recall during Arsenal's home game, what did the opponent wore as title sponsor.

Here's the reason why... They were playing SV Hamburg in last season's UEFA Champions League and both were sponsored by Fly Emirates.

Here's a new report that explains why:

Yup esp noticeable in European competitions, i.e. UCL, UEFA Cup etc for both teams playing each other must not have the same sponsor on their shirts. Thus, the dilemma last season faced by Arsenal, Hamburg, etc.

On the Real Madrid new shirts, the template looks finalised but the sponsor looks a bit haphazard to me. Why? I noticed on TV images that the bwin.com logo was 'plastered' over the BenQ Siemens logo, thus am not sure what the real thing would look like next season. Maybe bwin, bwin.com, etc. smile.gif

I was going to paste a picture from the Birmingham Mail but it was yesterdays so todays one in UK showed this. I will find the 3rd kit which is red. Apologies for the confusion.. At least you guys can see Villareal's home kit, I believe this is an old picture because they are using Puma now.

Anyway finally found the exact picture that I was originally suppose to show:

Man utd Rumous Home kit still not confirm one....but i guess deffinitly will not be the same as what we see here, becasue that design currently is using by Turkey international and one club (English Second Division Club Walsall). so probably will be another design for MU....cant wait to see the new kit release on next month.

yes it is true..
the champions of england rclxm9.gif 06/07 jersey has only a lifespan of a year as it is to commemorate and honour the Munich Air Disaster that happen oddly on February 6, 1958 instead of 1957.

This is obviously a fake. As I mentioned before, the rumoured away jersey will be black. This is a picture of last season's away kit. They just added in some red at the center of the jersey and mod it. If you see closely it's last year's away kit. Here's the original picture:

The new official Gunners away kit is already out. This is neither the away kit nor home kit. They are still using the same home kit from previous season and pictures of the new away kit can be found a few pages back.

Nou on the new shirts

Nike and FC Barcelona have unveiled the new Bara kit for the 2007-08 season, which features the Camp Nou itself.

The new kit for the 2007/2008 season celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Camp Nou, with details that celebrate the date. The new design has an elegant style reminiscent of the fifties but with a modern touch in the distribution of the stripes.

New features

The main new features of both the home and away kits are to be found in the FC Barcelona badge, which incorporates a text referring to the 50th anniversary of the stadium. The central part of the new kit remains navy blue but has a more irregular pattern. Blue is also to be found on the shorts, while the Catalan flag, the 'senyera', and the slogan 'Ms que un club' (More than a club) remain on the back and on the collar.

On the socks and on the hem of the shirt we find an image directly inspired by the poster produced for the inauguration of the Camp Nou in 1957.

Blue on the away kit

For the first time, the FC Barcelona away kit is an energetic mix of shades of blue, inspired by the blue seas that surround Barcelona. A stripe of shades of blue reflects the traditional stripes of Barcelona and add depth to the shirt. An energetic touch of yellow around the cuffs, on the inside of the waistband and on the name and number give the kit great strength.

pls do check if they brought in the Player version as well..  thumbup.gif

dont think so. they say it's smaller than previous ones which are replica. so the ones brought in should be replicas as well. but will check!

That's not barca's away or third kit. That is a fake image, taken from last season's orange away kit and mocked up with some sky blue colours.

This is their new home, away and gk kit:

yeah, name is defo smaller but number looks bigger to me. although my friend thinks it looks about the same size.

the black lining on the names are kinda thicker and looks more bulged out, making the names easier to see.

OT;

There are a couple of FOS shops all over KL selling some Kappa kits, namely Wales Home and Away, Feyenoord Training Kits, Feyenoord Training Sweatshirt + Sweatpants and some general Kappa kits. All for RM29.90 only. Quite cool if you wanna try out the famous tight-fitting Kappa designs.

I saw some at the following branches;
The Curve
Sg Wang
KL Plaza
Mid Valley MegaMall
One Utama

I totally disagree.... i think that white tail gives the kit an extra detail.... it makes it luk even kooler.... nd once again hats off to NIKE.. they've done an exellent work on the Man U kit.....

And da away kit to me luks even better than da home kit (hopes its da real kit!!)

I guess for other EPL clubs, it will just be plain white background.

oh means oni the champions get this badges? while the others are back to the normal plain white one? hmm.gif

See the similarity? Clearly a mock up from the previous home red jersey picture. The jerseyman knows his stuff, so don't doubt the jerseyman la.. Hehehe..

Jokes aside, it could be the same design as used by the red jersey. I said the photo is fake but the truth about the design on how the black kit will look like is still not confirmed yet. Rumours are spreading in the underground world of football jerseys that they also will have a white away as well using the same design. Saw this image from manutd.com background:

Here's the original image view from united's official website:

Saw this image in the video clip of the new home strip launching. I think it's Dong. If you notice, it looks like the new away kit (black):

user posted image

Anyway these images look fishy to me.. The white and black kit looks like if it's from a same source.. but just altered with different colour shades. This can be done you know if you know how to edit imaging. It just looks like it's taken from a same red jersey photo and then altered to look like white and black kit. I dunno la..

^ Should be, but not sure whether it's just a training kit or not.... It looks absolutely sweet, and I like this more than the white kit... And definitely NOT the pseudobarca kit.

It is a training kit... Arsene wore the redcurrant one in the training session.

Nike is seriously making bad decisions lately.. There's something wrong when a training kit looks better than the actual match kits (I mean the pseudobarca, not the white one).
Pseudobarca is a freak joke... doh.gif Might as well give us a green kit next season.

Last season's MU kit was class, especially the white away.. the new home kit looks awkward... The white lines don't fit in at all. Valencia's home kit was always gorgeous, until this season they decided to give them a nightie. Not forgetting Fulham who's getting an old template with old socks... Surely they deserve the same treatment as other teams.
