here...i m cky6667...yesterday i bought a used 6230 from wassap....the seller is from miri...so i cant cod...thn v deal by postage.....yesterday i bank in to seller and seller told me the phone sometime whn ppl call gt ring,sometime no ring..thn it not a big problem for me...so i decided t buy it...when today morning i receive the parcel,i opened and tried the phone,it seem no sound at all...speaker like faulthy already....

keypad tone no sound
listen mp3 no sound....totally no sound...so i asked the seller y and i wanna refund it..but the seller seem like dont care bout it...said it is his friend's phone....cant refund And bla bla....so i open thread to let others judge it......

whoa this one big accusation. now to tell more about this matter. i posted the phone and in warranty i stated - indicating no warranty given. i have alerted buyer of the condition of the phone.

1. phone is not mine but a friends. he told me about the condition of the phone. sometimes got sound sometimes no sound. i told buyer about it. he lower price from 250 to 230. so my fren agree to sell.

2. if i don care i reply ur sms so many for wad? waste money? what for i help u go all the way look for my friend and ask him? i promise to send u phone yesterday. i have to go all the way down so far to the post office cuz the branch don accept pos laju parcel after 3 pm.

plz judge. conditions has been stated.

But the actual fault is something whole phone no sound....

So that is different from what described...
So now its a misuderstanding between seller and buyer.

1. Refund
2. Both party share cost of repair

Don't you think as a seller you should clearly understand the conditions of your stuff? No ringtone and totally no sound from other applications is totally different thing you know? I think the seller should do a refund if this is the case.

the case is the phone does not belongs to me. if it is mine i will procide personal warranty 3 days. i have dealth with several people. will refund if there is a problem or compatibility issues. now. i definitely hear the phone ringing once. that was few days ago. and the seller who is my fren told me that sometimes it rings and sometimes not. i don dare to provide personal warranty and its clearly stated. the only problem with the phone is the sound. other than that the phone is working. am i right? it is not right to put the whole blame on the seller. i have seen a number of cases and usually seller are the losing part. it should be a fair case. seller sells the phone and the condition of the phone is already stated. main prob is the sound. sometimes yes sometimes no(when the phone was still here). and now no sound. could it be problem with shipping and handling? could it be other problems? there are a lot of possibilities.

u deal 50 times no problem doesnt mean totally no problem. one day they deal with how many packages. have you ever see how pos laju handle them? i saw it once and they just throw. ever heard cases of item lost during shipment, package open, item rosak?

Just a comment. Maybe you can try sending it to a repair shop just to diagnose the problem? And if the cost is not to high then maybe wassap friend can share the repair cost ?

good cuz well taken care of is the physical condition. thats why i told u the real condition before u buy. did i not? why my fren sell to u then got this problem? how do u wan me to answer that? the phone has problems with sounds in the first place. i told u that and you should have known that the phone is problematic already.

u muz have a problem with language. what i said was the phone sometimes will ring sometimes won ring. that was the case. there must be some problem with the phone for it to act that way am i right? if not why will it act that way.

I believe the seller has offered a sensible solution since the phone only has no sound and not that it's faulty and not usable. Buyer should consider's seller's suggestion to settle this matter, I guess coughing out RM20 to RM30 to repair the phone won't be too much to ask but if you can ask other shops, you may get the speaker fixed at a cheaper price. Last time, for my old 3310, I paid about RM35 to get the speaker fixed. If you guys feel that RM40 to RM50 is too much or whatsoever reasons, ask a few places first.

Just wanna let you all know that i dealt with wassup upon an laptop AGP card months ago.
However the laptop agp is not the 1 which suits my laptop although the model is the same.

Wassup refund me whole after i sent the item back.

Upon the above situation I think u all already had came to an agreement which is i think that it is a good way to solve too.

guys u must have mistaken or never come across any. there are laptop agp cards. some laptop has replaceable graphic cards but it is design to suit certain laptop only. you spent four years reviewing and i am not surprise you didn't come across any. laptop agp cards can only be bought fro manufacturer or as second hand cause they don't sell them in retail.
