#3 and #4 a bit blur...
Try smaller aperture like f2.8...

Added on March 20, 2007, 1:07 pmkennexe ... pics overall are okay but, like many beginners, you're too 'cowboy' with your 50mm F1.4. 50mm lenses, generally, are difficult beasts to tame and occasionally screws up your portraits if you're not careful. At F1.4, even with a slight tilt in camera position will blur off the face or eyes. Even in a standing position, you can make a girl's face sharp and her earrings blurred, now that is not very nice!
