wah v2 ady... anyone asked Digi to freeze their infinite plan before?
my speed still CMI...called CS and was told they are upgrading tower on my area so speed affected..hopefully they are telling the truth..
Previously told me maintenance till 15th....now tell me upgrading work probably till 25th....after 25th if no improve in performance perhaps I want to consider freezing the plan temporary till the problem fixed.

so I am back after putting my DIGI aside for few weeks... Still no improvement on my speed. Quite unstable. CS keep on telling me they are upgrading on my area...already one month but same reason with extending the work date line.... Wanted to ask them freeze my account until the upgrading is done but they say they didn't have such options....should I just terminate and wait for other telco???
