digi i150 is very slow these few days. anyone experiencing the same thing in seremban?

Hi, i've been told that there is a network congestion issue here in seremban. I got less than 5mbps download speed which is far from usual i can get (20mbps).
Anyone having this issue before, did digi able to resolve this actually? Cz they said this issue should be resolved last friday, but till now the speed is still the same
