For my case which is same as u(no indoor 4g), put the mifi/router inside windows at the right side already good enough.

Just need to play with it to find which side give better signal

last time when using mifi without antenna, once signal lock 4g then it will stay as it until reboot needed.

with my current router, i set 4g only and lock to band 3 only. never had a problem except when digi kaput opkos

i think its not all about device, if your coverage is not good enough or your place can only get speed up to 30mb, u use the latest device speed also wont go sky high

that one is just LTE since the speed only up to 150mb.

if support lte-a, the speed is up to 300mb

i tot he talking about the 'Fake' -88db antenna

well, u can buy this x1 'Fake' Antenna for fun and see it is helping or not but dont expect it to double or triple your speed

pipul call it fake because the antenna claim to gain -88db

it's obviously overclaim la -88db ceh. but for certain people and to me too, it's working.

better if u can hang it outside towards to which side giving better signal.

i try once before, hang it outside and put towards my wall, the speed drop almost half than usual and higher ping

straight go up and change again lol
