I try update the firmware, follow your guidelines.
I waited until 9 passes, then i reboot router.
Yet.. firmware no change at all 

I retry for second time just now, wana ask you whether now is successful?
I flashed using lmt firmware, 21.310.01.04.418
Wondering why the software version is still 21.306.01.00.00 

That means only webUI is updated but not the firmware itself right?

Hi blacktubi, in this special case, what kind of special method needed to upgrade firmware 

Been googling for the whole morning, i found out that:-

When i firstly received my e5186s from taobao, although model is black tele2, but webUI is Huawei.
That is why I got this software version: 21.306.01.00.00

Only then last night i force update to lmt, webUI becomes lmt
Yet the software version is still the same, as it will forever stuck with its original vendor

Since mine is tele2 carrier, should i using tele2 firmware first? Then only upgrade to other carrier such as lmt?

Playing around with a crappy antenna, I just found at household, not sure is it better though. Can someone enlighten me what's these values about, as well what is a good value low/high? Thanks.

Speedtest stable at 50mbps all the time..but download can shoot up till 80mpbs sometimes

I cant seem to CA even that Digi coverage map show CA is available =(
And there is no specific tools  to fix the band or band selection in the setting   

Envy at E5186 users with the band selection tools   

Using Nighthawk M1..Tested B7 and B3 and got consistent 40mbps each..but cant seems to enable CA for some reason

Why pay extra RM300 for a cacat E5186?
1. You can't use CA.
2. You may not use phone call (since 3G may not available and voLTE will never support for local telco here.)

1. Cacat mean the CA cannot work here.
For my opinion, if buy E5186, must get the -22. Because the feeling like buying a Ferrari with 80kmh top speed.
But it is up to you, because you decide how much value you paid.

2. Malaysia is using -22 variant, other than that, you need check the detailed spec yourself. Some of the variants, partial or all of the 2G, 3G or 4G band do not work here.
If the 2G/3G bands are not supported, mean phone call is not allowed.
I check the spec of -61, it supports the 3G bands here. So call may safe.

I got one idea. Instead of buy the Huawei 4G Modem/router. Why not just buy a 4G phone as HotSpot? Right?

Hi, anyone using B310 here can comment if the Huawei toolbox can be used on this modem?

Want to consider either B310 or B315 now... I don't mind with only one LAN port as the price cheaper a lot from Taobao. And I saw someone commented that B310 doesn't support 900Mhz, anyone can confirm on this? Think from Taobao website it mentioned B310s-22 does support 900Mhz FDD LTE.
