I just noticed that when I use Huawei E5186 Toolbox, both my B3 only and B3+B7 share the same Cell-ID HEX/DEC. hmm.gif Only when I switch to B7 only, this information is changed.

Does it mean I don't have LTE-A in my area? unsure.gif
*
Nope....
U can connect LTE-A for both B3 and B7
That means LTE-A is not depends on ur primary band (shown at most of the network apps)
U can be connected to CA via
1) primary B3 + secondary B7
2) primary B7 + secondary B3

guys, i have plan to subscribe infinite 150 but my home only get 2 - 3 bar and the lte speed are vary (0-20mbps), i can't said Digi really unstable but may i know any modem any signal booster is recommended? Besides that, I think the modem router unable to cover my entire house, any ap suggested? I would required AC wireless for wireless HD streaming.
Thanks.

I get 3 bars and my speed varies from 5 ~ 35 mbps, still ok.
Unless you are willing to buy the more expensive antenna, the normal modem recommended in this forum is just slightly better than smartphone reception. For router to cover whole house.. just buy those big size wireless router with multiple antenna... but it won't be cheap.

Hi all. I want to ask. Since i150 is without contract and only can subscribe online, what if i want to terminate the line. Do i need to go to digi centre or can do it online too? Cant find any info about this.

DiGi centre should be able to handle termination for you

Same here. Just did a test to confirm. Same cell id for b3 and b3+b7. But different cell for b7 alone.

Funny thing is that i get faster speeds with locking to b3 (dl 30mbps up 30mbps and some areas can dl 50mbps). If b3+b7 it is slower than b3. For b7 it is slower than b3 as well but probably because the signal for this is 1 bar.

Lol.I wonder why i get good speed, 1.5MB/s  during speedtest. But when i download something, the speed barely reach 300KB/s..i could get the 1.5MB/s download speed after about 5 to 10 second after finished testing speed in speedtest app.after thay, drop to 300KB/s.is this stupid marketing stunt by digi? Throttling download/utube but not speedtest. So that people can show off the speedtest result hmm.gif
*
The download depends on various factors including the server's uplink capability. If the host you are downloading from is not performing well, your download speed will be still be slow regardless of which telco you are using.

Of course sometimes it also depends on the telco's bandwidth to the host too. If a lot of people from the same telco are downloading files or using the service from the same host, most likely the 'pipe' of the telco is not big enough to cater for the bandwidth demand of its users.

And speedtest is just giving you a reference of your telco's connection, and it is not necesssary to translate the same performance too all internet services you are using.

Yes correct.
A lot of people including me are getting better speeds just locking to B3 instead of B3+B7.
