1) if you wonder why is there a package inside a package it's because the internal one is to protect the chips from rancidity and avoid crushing during transportation. It should have any problem with the packaging. I really appreciate that you have the curiosity to ask.

2 ) I'm sorry that i couldn't satisfy you but because this arrowhead chips is not potato chips, i honestly can't compete with big companies like lays and product like potato chips. I apologize in this because the cost price is really too high for me. I hope you can give me a chance to improve again as I'm very new company and I do everything manually.

3 ) Again, i apologize regarding the inconsistent thickness but i've spent lots of money in custom making the slicer. This is the best thickness to do the frying in order to cook it 100% in certain period. Yes it stated '' original flavour '' but our company's original stands for sour cream. This is because I have to print the packaging in very very high volume and if majority doesn't accept the sour cream flavour i can still change it to others. If i put sour cream flavour in the packaging and print 5k + pieces it might be a waste.. So to be safe i make it oriignal flavour . For the burnt chips I apologize but i will explain why, as I'm doing it manually there will be some overcooked chips because one time frying is approx 10 packets so cooked earlier and some took longer this is why I will work on buying a machine which will be sure that the chips will not be overcooked or not cooked, I'm very new and there's long way for me to learn and experience, I give my deep apology to you with my humble thank you

4 ) Thank you for rating me I will make sure I can improve more and more in coming months, I'm sorry that I couldn't satisfy your taste bud but I promise that I will make it better and better each time you buy it in coming future.

5 ) I will not get halal so soon as i'm a very poor entrepreneur, i couldn't afford the amount and a shop yet.

If you would like a refund, I will make a full refund to you with a phone call apology, i hope you can give me more chance in coming future and I'm really sorry that I'm not as perfect as Lay's and Hipster's chips or Pringles, I'm a very small dust compare to them. It's a very long journey from the first day until today.. I apologize that I couldn't make the best chips and make you spent for 3 packets that you are not satisfied with. I'm deeply sorry.
