anyone familiar with rakuten's handling of dormant trading account?
what period of inactivity will they suspend account?

For trading foreign stock, if stock quote price displayed is delay, does it mean our order execution will be delay too?

So even if the bid/sell pricing is delay and different from live market price, the order we placed will matched instantly if hit market price?

Actually i'm using desktop to trade but not yet subscribe to the realtime as got technical error when tried to apply days ago, just got foreign trading account activated recently.
