Hi guys , newbie here. I want to open up a CDS account. My sifu suggested m+ for low brokage fee. However , at this moment , i found out their CS and service quality is bad. Lots of review in social med advise they register and went to the branch but no response even after 2 months. So, i m planning to go for other alternative. Skimmed to other thread and some of them mention rakuten is changing some of their fees policy. My question , is Rakuten still relevant at this time ? Or i should wait patiently for M+ , or perhaps just go with cimb i-trade as my primary salary account is with cimb ? Help me please sifu
