Just coming back from TM. Unifi 30mbps can downgrade to lite. If under contract the contract will renew. However if you accept thank you surprised to 50mbps, you cannot downgrade to lite sad.gif

Fuuuuu these guys are sneaky. I guess I will just wait till my contract is over next year and then terminate

No guarantee this package will be available until next year.

No guarantee you will get available port after termination

Best part is the installer even told me to call him first if there are any problems with Unifi. Thats when I sensed something is wrong. No wonder because they didnt install the duct or cover for the fibre cables.

Within one week after installation, the installer is still responsible. Even if you call TM within one week, they will still ask the installers to come and check. After that, TM will take over.

Hi. I managed t downgrade to Unifi Lite at TM Point. Anybody who agent cannot helping due to any reason can try to go to TM Point to downgrade. Under contract or new application also can try.
