what do you mean? what problem will i get soon?
7 month ago i subscribed streamyx 4mb. ping very good 12ms at the beginning. after few month suddenly no internet. make report. settled in a day. but ping become 30ms. not long after that internet problem again keep dc during afternoon till night for a week. make report, settled in few days. change modem, change port. got extra jump speed but ping still same.
and latest. tm technician tak sengaja usik my cable at pole. my internet putus. told him and he fixed it. but, no more jump speed, bad line, telephone no tone, ping become 40ms and more, reduce upload speed. cannot call 100, tmlive chat no respond for a whole day, slow respond in twitter and fb with no attemp to fix.
so i hope this unifi lite no problem like that.

just migrated from Streamyx 4Mbps to UniFi Lite 10Mbps at my hometown 2 weeks ago. Only managed to use it for a few hours when I went back for a short while recently. No issues with the service as far as I know at the moment.

Prior to that, the 4Mbps Streamyx is horrible for the past few months. Constant disconnection and unstable services. You should have no problem upgrading to UniFi Lite.

I believe it has to do with technicalities. TM does assign different range of phone numbers for different types of service.

For e.g. in my area serviced by TM's TTDI exchange:

PSTN (a.k.a. POTS) phone numbers: 03-772x xxxx
UniFi VoIP phone numbers: 03-773x xxxx

So if your current phone number is 03-7727 7777 and you want to port it to UniFi VoIP service, unfortunately, it cannot be done as dialing the number 03-772x xxxx will route the call to the PSTN network in TTDI.

You can only choose the number from 03-773x xxxx. If you do not like your number, you can request to change to another number within the same range, i.e. 03-773x xxxx, subject to availability, but you will be charged one-time RM25 to change number in your next bill.

Can port now?
Last time I ask cannot be done which is strange considering both are from same company.
