unifi can use on windows xp sp3 ?

Yesterday I went to TMPoint Kulim for my Streamyx reallocation. Bad news my previous streamyx speed 4mbps are not support at new residence area.. They downgrade to 1 Mbps. The staff proposed me their Unifi Lite package at RM149 for 10Mbps. At first I do not interested because my current streamyx 4Mbps only pay RM88 (2010 package 1 Malaysia Broadband with HP Netbook) .
But after search the Lowyat Forum and found that we can subscribe the package at RM129 (without 600 minutes call free). So I returned back to the TMPoint and request for the upgrade.

Today received a call from TMPoint Kulim and they did thumbprint for verification of subscription. Now I need to wait for 18th June for installation.

My Question are:

1. Do we need to pay any cost to the contractor during installation?
2. Can someone screenshot their first bill, TM staff mentioned that my next bill will show 2 month advanced pay.

Kulim if you want RM129 come I do it for you.

When the installer come for my house install, he bring halve broken screen tab for testing.. He said if broken, tm will charge them ehm ehm.. because software and hardware property of tm..

To me, no such thing as bumi policy .. Only crony policy

Hi, i just talked to tm agent in kulim, they said not all house in one lorong are under unifi coverage, only certain house number.  how's that possible?
