QUOTE(sHawTY @ Jul 13 2017, 10:15 AM) Why? i am in an area where i can source the so-called fiber speed from tm only. so 24 mths or more makes no difference. btw, checked with tm few months back and was told the free upgrade is not guaranteed. you just go to wait if it ever happens. You should be getting the free upgrade to 10Mb/s anyway Termination and new sign up will just create a new 24 months contract |

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Jul 13 2017, 10:23 AM) The problem is, there is no guarantee you can get the UniFi Lite in your area unless you know "Someone" who can do this for you i agree with yout. i once checked with tm and they told me i cannot get unifi lite at my area. but later an agent called me and said he can do it for me. he suggested to let him apply for unifi lite first and terminate the vip5 only after he succeed with unifi lite. i still hesitate. |

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Jul 13 2017, 10:44 AM) Because you mention you didn't care about the 24 months contract, so yes, just go ahead thanks for the info. But instead of relying on that agent who called you, try to look for a reputable agent in this forum instead Go here: https://forum.lowyat.net/ServicesNoticeboard and search Don't rush things, look at the agent's profile and check if he got good feedback from his customers or not If no good feedback, look for other agent. Even if got good feedback, look for someone with even higher feedbacks Then decide from there |

hi guys, anyone here have any experience terminating a unifi service which is already passed the 24 months contract period? Were you asked to return all the equipment include the phone set?
