Just installed unifi lite 2 days at puchong area, the max speed can get 9.5mbps, is normal?

What is line cap? and what should i can do ?

Thank for your info. Each time I run the speedtest ping jumping high & low, not fix level. But I use the internet no issue neither on PC or mobile.

Have a good DL/UL achievement. Mine DL < 10mbps UL < 5mbps

For fiber cable supply, is need to beware or avoid any thuderstrike to the modem or router during stormy?

speedtest via desktop windows apps get the ping result is more higher than using browser that my experience, but don't know the reason why.
