TM has blocked tracert over IPv4 a long time ago. If TM redirect all port 53 traffic to its DNS servers, that would be disastrous.

tracert has vbeen blocked for a long time already on TM network, you have to use third party applications.

Yes, that's the case. If a certain lorong had Unifi Advance offered, TM wants you to get that instead of Lite.
