Old times, i think just need road address. i have no objection if they want to pm.. Even thou tm provide the service checking at their website but sometimes not updated. An agent can push and check if there was mistaken port like i does.. Port actually not full 7/8 for 10/10 port . but they said full. An agent can push to check again either port really full or not.
An agent can provide service either to changed from aneka to jumbo lite maybe ? Syfi maybe..
If no agent push here, maybe the unifi lite don't even exist to prolong to end of raya..
It's like we can assume agent here can provide first level support rather then thinking they profit just 1 month.. Un much really.
