Just coming back from TM. Unifi 30mbps can downgrade to lite. If under contract the contract will renew. However if you accept thank you surprised to 50mbps, you cannot downgrade to lite sad.gif

Last few years I tried to check online abt Unifi availability at my home but answer was always negative. So whenever I was near TMPOINT I will recheck with them. So luckily last month at TMPOINT there is 1 port available n I quickly registered for Lite eventhough the days b4 I checked online it said not available. The online check for Unifi availability is not reliable.

Yup, normally port full we will send a report to TM support team. Then they will do their job to check any alternative ports, etc

You need to ask the installer how they count RM200.

Depends length, labor charges, etc

i think there is something wrong with TMpoint sungai petani, went there to terminate my streamyx and now i still got the latest bill. when call the Tm 100 about it, they said my account still active and asked me to show proof of termination. nampak sngt tak buat kerja sleep.gif

thats why bro, for termination form, they just asked me to fill in Borang Komitment Bayaran untuk penamatan perkhidmatan. Dont know its valid or not. Valid or not its their fault. biggrin.gif

Installed hypptv on hp, but only tv1 is working. the rest of the channels, not working.
What about the rest?
Any of you managed to get hyyptv everywhere to work?
