It is RM2.19 this week (10/8-16/8) so capped at RM2.08

"Under the Automatic Pricing Mechanism (APM) formula, the ministry said RON95 and diesel should have been priced at RM2.19 per litre and RM2.28 per litre respectively."

An expert in LYN estimate the prices every week, you can find out in Thursday-Friday.

during pak lah time, there was a plan to implement the IC scan at petrol pump in order to get the subsidies. if dont have IC, then need to pump non-subsidies price.
one company already initiated this.

somehow it does not proceed and gone for good.

Good luck guys!

Malaysian government will soon finalized the targeted fuel subsidy scheme. Previously, Finance minister Lim Guan Eng announced that only vehicle below 1,500cc and motorcycle below 125cc would be receiving petrol subsidy during Malaysia 2019 Budget, capped at 100 liters for car owner while 40 liters for motorcycle owners. There were arguments on difficulty with implementation of such system. Often it may be hard to the benefit to reach the intended recipients and leading to leakages.
