Want to ask normally for 30 table how many bottle of wine needed? I bought 10 pack of 5litre red wine. Is it enough? Or too little?

Hi there! I used to work in a chinese restaurant back in my college days. 10 packs of 5 litres wine for 30 tables are way too much man. Usually they serve about 4-5 packs of 5 litres wine only. biggrin.gif

Because there are only a few wine drinkers (average 2-3 only) in a single table.

Wine from carton is usually not very good. You may want to serve better wine on the VIP table.

More than enough. Not everyone is drinker, and not everyone is heavy drinker.

There will always be an alcoholic uncle who gets drunk and embarrasses himself... biggrin.gif

Anyway, congratulations Ice BabY, good luck and enjoy yourself. thumbsup.gif

Too little. 1 bottle share with 10 pax on table? No way.

Last time 30 tables i bought 3 bottles minimum/table. Then i also prepare 5 crates of beer for backup.

Better prepare more than later ppl say u so lousy.
