You can apply exposure compensation to RAW files during post-process.

#8 should be Arc de Triomphe located in Paris, France.
#13 is The Duomo in Milan, Italy. #14 might be the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia. #15 is Tower Bridge and NOT London Bridge in London, UK. #16 is the Parliament Building in London, UK.
